We invited the McKinnon family over for some good old Lousiana red beans and rice. Which really really made me miss our friends from Louisiana. While our family loves them I think it will take the McKinnons some getting use to!
The temple lights were so beautiful and such a wonderful thing to do with our little family. We watched the video of the Saviors birth at the visitors center. It was a beautiful reminder what this Christmas season is all about.

I love the lights on the Mesa Temple!
I am from LA and hate red beans and rice. My mom makes it all the time and would make me eat it, oh the gagging memories.
