Ellie has been wanting to go fishing for a very very long time. So when we went to the pumpkin patch her eyes lit up when she saw the fishing pond. She left a little disappointed not catching a single thing. So our good friends, the Thalgott's invited us over to go fishing in their little pond. I think that the pictures alone show the excitement of the girls catching their first fish. We caught the fish using bread as bait, the fish must know that they are going to get put back because they pretty much jump on the hook! The Thalgott's little boy Tyler was even kind enough to show the girls how neat it is to touch the fish.

How much fun, I am glad they caught something! They really do look unbelievably excited. Trev and Max have fished our pond sporadically over the summer and never caught anything (This makes Trev very mad!).
